Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods, holidays, or supplier restocking periods.

Shipping Destination

Lunoir currently ships to customers in the United States. We plan to expand to additional markets in the future.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Lunoir is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

P.O. Boxes

Some orders may require a physical shipping address and may not be deliverable to P.O. boxes. If your address cannot be used, we will contact you for an alternative address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@shoplunoir.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps.
